Our Story?
Since the 1980s, Zimbabwe has been home to some of the most exceptional business leaders, who have successfully steered top companies both locally and internationally. However, despite their remarkable achievements, we had not effectively harnessed their wisdom and expertise to benefit future generations. Unfortunately, some of these visionary leaders have passed on without sharing their invaluable insights and principles of good business acumen.
The Zimbabwe CEO’s Network was established to address this gap, founded on the realization that CEOs who engage with industry peers experience a significant enhancement in executive effectiveness. Although informal gatherings among CEOs were beneficial, they often lacked industry focus. Our network was launched in 2021 to provide a platform for CEOs to connect, share experiences, and gain actionable insights from peers with relevant, real-world expertise.
